We follow 3 phases when building up successful online course businesses: Validation, Creation, & Optimization.
Phase 1: VALIDATION
This phase is the most important in our online course business journey. Normally this phase takes less than 30 days to complete. The goal of this phase is to validate what you are offering. Whether you’re a brand new online business or just want to breathe life into an existing one. Although this is first, you CAN start generating revenue almost immediately since it’s not just a “test” period. This is all about creating your Minimum Viable Offer (MVO) and testing what will cause the most people to raise their hands in interest.
Phase 2: CREATION
This phase is where we build out the online S.Y.S.T.E.M. that automatically turns browsers into buyers. This is where we build out your sales funnels, advertising, emails and other follow ups, and integrate everything together. Normally this phase takes around a month and a half to complete, working in tandem with validation.
In technical terms, we do this in three steps:
Step #1: We get you lots of attention by creating online advertisements and working to build up relationships with affiliates through the “Dream 100 Process”.
Step #2: We take that attention and turn it into purchases by creating a simplified sales funnel online. This takes the form of landing pages, application pages, order forms, and more. The goal is to lead someone through the buyer’s journey without wasting their time or energy. Our Descension Method process shortens the time it takes people to come into your “world” and convert to a customer.
Step #3: We create robust follow up systems to communicate with people in each steps of the sales funnel or buyer’s journey. This takes the form of emails, texts, chat bots, and retargeting advertisements.
Phase 3: OPTIMIZATION
This phase is ongoing, meaning that optimization is a continuous process of refinement and growth. This is the phase where we help you scale and grow the business through different business development and marketing strategies. This phase is started right after the others are complete.

The S.Y.S.T.E.M. we create starts with a launch (or re-launch) of your offers focused on high ticket. We’ve had some of our clients see over $100k in revenue (with a 75% P.M.) within the first month of hiring us on.
We are not focused on getting a bunch of freebie optins (which equals $0 right away). We understand that time is money and you’re investing your money into us so you don’t have to spend the time. So through that understanding, our priority is getting you results as fast as possible.
No. The work we do is centered around what’s called “direct-response marketing”. That’s just a fancy term for marketing strategies that evoke an action immediately – turning a browser into a buyer in as few steps as possible.
Although a large following or big list DOES help, it’s not essential to the success we’ve seen with others.
The list and audience is the byproduct of the activities we perform in building through the Descension Method.
That’s great, because that means you’re serious about the success of your business. As unfortunate as the past may have been, I feel for you. Virtually all of our clients have been in the same boat, having hired duds who promised all sizzle but no steak.
We like to say we’re called the “Burn Unit” because so many people come to us after having been “burned” by other agencies or freelancers.
What we do is different. We don’t just create ads to a landing page with a long webinar like almost everyone else. We focus on what’s working right NOW that gets results and we’re constantly testing and tweaking for even better performance.
With that being said, our process is completely different than everyone else because we aren’t focused on building a list through freebies. That strategy CAN work but from the trends over the past couple years, it’s become less and less profitable to scale.
It boils down to this:
Instead of getting a bunch of free-seekers with no money in through freebies and other “free” stuff…We get you highly qualified people begging to buy your courses and programs.
The Descension Method is our proprietary strategy to build you an online course business that’s both scalable AND profitable.
Instead of ascending people – where you have to keep creating more and more offers, testing what works, the price points, and hoping they are congruent with the audience that bought the thing that came before…
We focus on casting a net in the “online rivers” of qualified people to get them interested in what you have to offer (your product/services/etc.). We bring them in on the top-tier, instead of focusing on freebies (the bottom of the ladder). From there we have utmost control as we descend (downsell) them.
From a marketing psychology level, we’re able to very effectively anchor the price high, and each no gets us exponentially closer to a yes.
This approach gives you an immediate stream of high profit revenue. We like to think of this as the kickstart to the sales flywheel which is the heart of your entire online business.

You’ll be assigned a dedicated Marketing Strategist whose sole job is to be the guide on our journey together. They will answer your questions, make sure you stay up-to-date on all timelines, talk through what we need from you, and be the main point of contact.

We think of online advertising as a bottle of diesel fuel in the middle of the bonfire. Once it lights, it’ll EXPLODE. Your fire is already started but we help it burn extremely well.
Now, technically speaking, you can use the attention you already have (any following, lists, past customer referrals, subscribers) and that costs next to nothing. But we will help you in the decision making process for WHAT and WHEN to spend on advertising.
When you work with us, we focus on two things to get attention: online advertising (paid upfront) and affiliate/referral marketing (only pay when you make $$)
Normally, we advise our clients to invest $3,000 – $5,000 in advertising spend when they want to first start. From there, that gives a very solid foundation to see exactly where we can scale, what to cut, and exactly how to optimize.
Our goal is to get you income flowing so you never have to spend money out of pocket for ads, it’s just a reinvestment, other than maybe that very first month.
Think about if you were to make $50,000 on a big launch with 50% profit margins. That’s $25k take home. Then you can reinvest 25% of the profit back into advertising to get the flywheel spinning faster. So you reinvest that $6,250…and see a 7.5X Return on Ad Spend over the next 30 days…or $46,875 gross, $40,625 net. The next month you can invest 25% of that, or about $10k…and so on.
That’s the money math we love to do.
